What You’ll Do – Skip Tracing Specialist

Skip Tracing & Investigations

• Conduct advanced skip tracing to locate borrowers and secured collateral using internal systems, credit bureau data, and third-party tools
• Research and verify updated contact details including addresses, phone numbers, employment, and assets
• Use tools such as DNA (Symitar), TLO, public records, and online databases to locate hard-to-reach individuals
• Provide actionable intelligence on accounts to improve recovery outcomes and portfolio performance

Account Resolution & Member Engagement

• Manage delinquent accounts through inbound and outbound communication (phone, email, text)
• Re-establish contact with members and guide accounts toward resolution
• Negotiate repayment solutions including payment plans, loan modifications, and hardship arrangements
• Evaluate members’ financial situations to determine appropriate solutions
• Process hardship applications and make informed recommendations
• Communicate professionally and empathetically in challenging conversations
• Provide financial guidance that supports long-term member success
• Contact references, employers, and related parties when appropriate
