SIS Schedules and Grades Coordinator
Role Mission:
As the SIS (Student Information System) Schedules and Grades Coordinator, you will serve as the compliance expert for implementation of the grading policy and be responsible for ensuring accuracy of student schedules and rosters for College Prep campuses across the district. The SIS Schedules and Grades Coordinator supports the Director of SIS Operations - Academic Systems who serves as the compliance expert for implementation of the grading policy, accuracy of student schedules and rosters, auditing of course catalogs, student grades, progress reports, transcripts and report cards within the scope of Student Information Systems for the four States: Texas, Louisiana, Florida and Ohio Schools. In addition, you will drive quality within your team’s efforts to ensure regulatory, statutory, and contractual compliance in these areas.

This is a full-time remote position based in Texas, with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $25.77/hr and $32.23/hr, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for performance pay based on organizational performance and goal attainment.
