As a Short Term Disability Claims Analyst 2, your day will be anything but routine. Short Term Disability Claim Processing Experience – reviewing and gathering information, making phone calls, and making the actual claim decision - at least 1 year or more of successful performance of processing Short Term Disability claims preferred.
Legal and policy experience - being able to read, interpret policies, policy provisions and industry regulations to accurately interrupt and apply them to claims situations is preferred.
Ability to accept & apply feedback.

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements.
