Facelove Cosmetics is a fast-growing beauty brand creating products for women who want to feel confident at every age. We’re looking for a hands-on Shopify Store Manager & Developer to own the day-to-day quality and development of our online store.

This role combines design judgment, store operations, and coding. You’ll build and improve pages, launch products and offers, solve technical issues, and make sure the shopping experience works beautifully on mobile and desktop.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and maintain product pages, landing pages, collection pages, and other parts of our Shopify store.
• Create and update products, variants, bundles, pricing, images, and product information.
• Develop custom theme sections and features using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Turn campaign briefs into polished pages that are ready to launch on time.
• Improve the store’s layout, navigation, speed, and mobile shopping experience.
• Set up and maintain apps, integrations, discounts, and promotional offers.
• Test changes before launch and quickly identify and fix store issues.
• Work with the creative and marketing teams to make sure ads, offers, and landing pages fit together.
• Use store data and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve conversion.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience building and managing a Shopify store.
• Coding experience with Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A strong eye for design and the ability to create clean, effective ecommerce pages.
• Confidence managing products, collections, discounts, apps, and theme settings in Shopify.
• An understanding of conversion-focused design, especially for mobile shoppers.
• Strong attention to detail: you check that offers, product details, links, and layouts are correct before publishing.
• The ability to manage priorities, communicate progress, and take ownership of work from brief to launch.
• Experience with Shopify Plus, page builders, analytics, A/B testing, or beauty ecommerce is a plus.

Our store stays accurate, fast, easy to shop and constantly improves and beats the competition. New products and campaigns go live smoothly, technical issues are resolved quickly, and the site keeps improving as the business grows.
