Sexual & Reproductive Health Training Specialist

AlphaGov is engaging a Sexual & Reproductive Health Training Specialist for current state public health work. A state department of public health needs a training program for its comprehensive sexual and reproductive health program.

We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.

What you'll do

- Design and deliver training for clinical and community providers on sexual and reproductive health

- Develop curricula, e-learning, and evaluation tools

- Build provider capacity on Title X / family planning, STI, and adolescent health standards

- Track participation and outcomes and report to the agency

- Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements

Required

- At least 5 years of professional experience in sexual and reproductive health program training or technical assistance

- Adult learning / curriculum design experience

- Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant

Nice to have

- Title X training-center experience

- MPH or clinical credential

- Health equity and trauma-informed practice expertise
