About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Settlement & Lien Coordinator to support our Personal Injury practice. This role will manage the financial aspects of case resolution, including reviewing expenses, tracking liens, verifying settlement documents, and ensuring accurate client disbursements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and coordinating with attorneys, providers, accounting teams, and internal staff to ensure smooth settlement processes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Review case expenses, settlement statements, and financial records.

  • Track liens, balances, provider negotiations, and disbursements.

  • Maintain case documentation in CloudLex and shared folders.

  • Coordinate payments, invoices, deposits, and wire transfers.

  • Identify financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

  • Handle settlement-related inquiries from attorneys, staff, and vendors.

Personal Injury law firm experience is preferred.

Who are we looking for?

  • 1–3 years of settlement coordination experience.

  • Knowledge of settlements, liens, and case resolution processes.

  • Experience with CloudLex, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a remote environment.

 

Position: Settlement & Lien Coordinator

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location:  Latin America

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: 800 -1200 USD
