Responsibilities

  • Research available options and compare selections using approved booking and supplier systems
  • Monitor reservation details and help organize confirmations and itinerary information
  • Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, and online communication tools
  • Support itinerary changes, booking revisions, and follow-up assistance as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and organized client documentation within internal platforms
  • Stay updated on destination information, supplier promotions, and current travel offerings
  • Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, team trainings, and development programs
