ServiceNow Trainer – August 2026 delivery & ongoing opportunities - UK remote

We’re looking for a certified ServiceNow Trainer to deliver freelance training sessions and exam support for learners in August, with the potential for an ongoing, regular engagement.

About the Role

You’ll be delivering high-quality, engaging training to ServiceNow learners, helping them build both practical capability and exam readiness. This will include a mix of structured delivery and focused support sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led ServiceNow training to early career candidates (likely remote)

• Support learners preparing for ServiceNow certification exams

• Provide guidance on platform fundamentals, best practices, and real-world application

• Adapt delivery style to suit a range of experience levels

• Offer feedback and learner support to ensure strong outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Current ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSA, CAD, or relevant specialism)

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow training or workshops

• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem

• Confident, engaging delivery style with excellent communication skills

• Experience supporting learners toward certification success
