Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on expertise on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in UI Builder to develop Workspace front-ends and ServiceNow Scripting, with added advantage if experienced in CSM, NowAssist, and AgenticAI implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
  

• Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
  

• Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
  

• Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
  

• Implement NowAssist (GenAI) and AgenticAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of total experience in the software industry building enterprise applications.
  

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  

• Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
  

• Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and React for ServiceNow customizations.
  

• Hands-on experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.
  

• Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  

• Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM).
