Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Developer with deep expertise in Hardware Asset Management Pro (HAM Pro). The ideal candidate will focus on hardware lifecycle workflows, stockroom inventory management, automated discovery integrations, and optimizing identification and reconciliation engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain complex Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions within the HAM application.
  

• Design and implement automated hardware request, deployment, and reclamation workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  

• Create Service Catalog items for hardware requests with complex client-side validations and approval rules.
  

• Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and third-party hardware inventory integrations.
  

• Build REST/SOAP integrations to connect ServiceNow with external asset tracking portals, procurement systems, and vendor catalogs.
  

• Optimize background jobs, reconciliation engines, and scheduled scripts; support platform upgrades and hardware data normalization.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on ITAM/SAM.
  

• High proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow API framework.
  

• Deep technical understanding of SAM Pro data models, Software Installation tables, Discovery Models, and Software Models.
  

• Strong experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and IntegrationHub steps.
  

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM).
  

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
