Relevant Experience Required: 2–4 years in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management (CIS-FSM)
Job Summary We are looking for an Associate ServiceNow FSM Consultant with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM). The candidate will support the implementation, configuration, customization, testing, and maintenance of ServiceNow FSM solutions under the guidance of senior consultants and architects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow FSM solutions.
Work on core FSM processes including Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Field Service Tasks, Agent/Technician Assignment, Scheduling and Dispatch, Skills and Skills Management, Territories, Service Locations, and Assets/Configuration Items.
Support Dispatcher Workspace and field technician workflows.
Configure FSM forms, fields, lists, UI policies, UI actions, and business rules.
Assist with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
Support FSM mobile application configuration and field-user experience.
Assist in configuring assignment rules and scheduling/dispatch processes.
Work with ServiceNow tables, data structures, and relationships.
Support integrations between FSM and other ServiceNow modules or external systems.
Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and troubleshooting.
Prepare comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
Work closely with senior consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
Participate in UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.
2–4 years of overall ServiceNow experience with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow FSM.
Strong understanding of FSM processes, data models, and workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Notifications, Flow Designer, and Update Sets.
Basic JavaScript knowledge and familiarity with the ServiceNow data model and tables.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Mandatory certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management (CIS-FSM).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior enterprise experience supporting client-facing field service implementations or multi-module ServiceNow deployments.
