ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d)

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Global IT Team in Krailling or remote within Germany.

Your Mission

• Develop, customize, and maintain innovative solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications using App Engine.
• Design and optimize workflows, automations, business rules, scripts, notifications, and user interfaces to streamline business processes. 
• Lead and enhance Software Asset Management (SAM), ensuring software compliance, license optimization, and efficient lifecycle management. 
• Maintain and evolve the CMDB by driving data quality, governance, service mapping, and configuration accuracy. 
• Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer. 
• Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and scalability through testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous optimization. 
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable solutions, provide technical expertise, and drive process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices.

Your Talents

• Experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform. 
• Knowledge of IT asset management, configuration management, and service management best practices. 
• Experience integrating systems and automating business processes across enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for automation and continuous improvement. 
• Excellent communication skills in English and a customer-focused mindset. 
• Commitment to building scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
