About You

Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best
practices to drive innovation and efficiency
NOTE: This position requires alignment with UK business hours to facilitate collaboration with our main stakeholders.
About You
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development practices, including client and server-side scripting, application UI configuration, and custom application development.
Certifications in ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management ServiceNow modules is highly regarded.
Proven experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, PPM, CSDM, HRSD)
Solid experience of JavaScript, Glide Script and AngularJS/HTML/CSS.
System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education/Qualification:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - mandatory
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - optional
Any other ServiceNow Certification or Micro-Certification - optional
