Repair the World mobilizes Jews and their communities to take action to pursue a just world. We believe that service in support of social change is vital to a flourishing Jewish community and an inspired Jewish life. By 2030, Repair will inspire and catalyze one million acts of service towards repairing the world.
Repair is building a national Jewish service movement of flourishing Jewish communities that serve in pursuit of a just world. Repair mobilizes young adults to serve in their communities, catalyzes service through deep partnerships within Jewish communal organizations, and inspires people to take action through time-bound thematic national service campaigns. Our mission provides volunteers with an increased connection to meaningful service and learning as a Jewish value, builds capacity for nonprofit partners to meet their missions, and deepens connections across lines of difference.
Repair the World is looking for an organized, detail-oriented early-career professional to support the day-to-day operations of our service corps program. This role keeps the moving pieces of the corps member experience on track — from onboarding and paperwork through hours tracking, surveys, and stipend payments — and brings that work into one place so Repair staff can stay focused on participants and partners.
You’ll be the connector across Repair’s local staff, and cross-functional departments including finance, operations, and data team, making sure deadlines are met, records are accurate, and communication to corps members is timely and clear. Much of this work lives across Salesforce, Monday.com, Adobe Sign, and Bill.com, so comfort moving between systems and a steady eye for detail go a long way.
This is also a chance to make that work lighter. You'll help spot where AI tools and automated workflows can take the repetitive parts of our admin and ops systems off people's plates, and help build them in. You'll also use AI tools, including Claude, to speed up drafting and participant communications — so more of your time goes to the judgment calls and follow-through that actually need a person.
This is a full-time non-exempt temporary role through December 23, 2026. The Communities Operations Associate will report to the Senior Director of Community Impact and work closely with other members of the programs team.
We know that you may not have all the skills listed. We encourage you to apply even if you only check some of the boxes.

We also welcome applications from people of diverse religious, spiritual, and cultural backgrounds.
