Execute SEO strategy to improve search visibility, rankings, and traffic across client accounts. Work closely with SEM Specialist and Director to align paid and organic search tactics.
Responsibilities & Duties
Quality Control & Oversight
Ability to complete competitive audits / WIT Test Reviews.
Comfortable analyzing high volumes of ranking/traffic data.
Familiarity with Web 20 Ranker.
Analytics & Reporting
Clear knowledge of Google Analytics, Local Viking, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Skilled in keyword research and data mining tools.
Process & Project Management
Mentorship & Training
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to team knowledge.
The team member must be present and actively participate in all FF training sessions they are invited to attend. If unable to attend, they are responsible for reviewing the training materials and catching up on any missed training.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Clear knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Local Viking, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Strong grasp of keyword research and data mining tools.
- Able to complete competitive audits / WIT Test Reviews.
- Skilled in analyzing large volumes of data.
- Proficient in WordPress and SEO plugins.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- Desire to learn and contribute with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Web 20 Ranker and its SEO applications.
Preferred Experience & Competencies
- Automotive or roofing industry SEO experience.
- Experience building SOPs and training teammates.
- Cross-department collaboration (Creative, Social, Analytics).
- Track record of staying up to date with Google algorithm changes.
