We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who will own this end-to-end and build it into a compounding growth engine.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Own SEO End-to-End
  • Fully own SEO - strategy, execution, and outcomes
  • Build and scale organic growth from the ground up as an individual contributor
  • Define what “good” looks like and execute toward it without waiting for direction

 

Technical SEO & Site Health

 

  • Own crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture
  • Run continuous audits using tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console
  • Identify and fix issues before they impact performance
  • Build monitoring systems to stay ahead of problems, not react to them

 

Programmatic SEO & Scale

 

  • Identify and execute programmatic SEO opportunities from scratch
  • Build scalable page templates and define content logic for high-volume landing pages
  • Write clear PRDs and work directly with engineering to ship quickly
  • Operate independently, no guaranteed dev bandwidth early on
     

Automation & Systems Thinking

 

  • Build systems that reduce manual work and increase leverage
  • Set up automations for:
  1. Rank tracking
  2. Content gap analysis
  3. Internal linking
  4. Reporting
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) to move faster and experiment more
     

Strategy, Experimentation & Growth

 

  • Own the SEO roadmap, what gets built, when, and why
  • Prioritise based on traffic, revenue impact, and marketplace growth
  • Continuously run experiments across content, structure, and internal linking
  • Track performance using tools like Mixpanel and PostHog
  • Connect SEO efforts to:
  1. Traffic growth
  2. Revenue / pipeline
  3. Marketplace liquidity (candidates + employers)
     

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

  • Work directly with the Head of Growth to align on priorities
  • Partner with sales to understand real buyer intent and feed it into SEO strategy
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to ship improvements quickly
  • Own content direction, ensuring everything shipped is intent-driven and high quality

 

Who This Role Is For

 

  • This is a zero-to-one builder role.
  • You’re not inheriting a polished SEO engine, you’re building one.

  • Are comfortable operating independently with limited resources
  • Enjoy being hands-on, in the data, in the tools, in the experiments
  • Think in systems, not one-off wins
  • Move fast, test constantly, and iterate based on results

 

If you prefer managing agencies or working within clearly defined processes, this role will feel uncomfortable.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • 4-6 years of SEO experience with a strong technical foundation
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or high-intent products
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO and scalable page creation
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Mixpanel, PostHog
  • Experience working directly with engineering and writing PRDs
  • Ability to operate independently without heavy support structures
  • Familiarity with automation (Python, scripts, no-code tools, or similar)
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows
  • Excellent communication skills, clear, structured, and direct

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience with Webflow CMS
  • Background in HR tech, recruitment, or marketplaces
