Senior Workday Financials Support Consultant

Your role

As a Senior Workday Financials Support Consultant, you will provide L2/L3 support across Workday Financial Management, working directly with Finance and technical teams to stabilise operations, resolve issues, support enhancements and drive continuous improvement across the Workday ecosystem.

You will play a key role in:

• Lead support for Financial Accounting, FDM, journals, settlements, intercompany processing, allocations and month-end close activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Banking & Settlement, Customer Accounts, Revenue, Projects, Grants, Business Assets, reporting and audit support.

• Support Workday security, reporting, EIB processing, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement for production environments.

Your profile

• 7+ years of Workday Financials experience with strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Customer Accounts, Projects, Assets and Grants.

• Hands-on experience with Workday FDM, Financial Reporting, Accounting Center concepts, EIB processing and production support operations.

• Strong troubleshooting capability across financial processes, integrations, reporting, reconciliations, month-end close and audit support.

• Experience managing security activities including user provisioning, role assignments, domain security, segregation of duties and access reviews.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Finance, technology and business users in complex environments.

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
