About the Role:

Cal Vet Integrated Consulting Services is looking for a talented Senior Website UX & Information Architect to join our growing remote team based out of the East Coast time zones only. This is an exciting opportunity to shape meaningful digital experiences while working with a forward-thinking consulting firm dedicated to delivering impactful solutions. Responsibilities:

Lead UX strategy and information architecture design across web properties and digital platforms
Develop wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content strategists, and stakeholders
Define and maintain UX standards, design systems, and IA best practices
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible web experiences
Present design recommendations and architecture frameworks to senior leadership and clients

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UX design, information architecture, or a related field
Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, or similar prototyping software
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices
Experience conducting user research, card sorting, and usability testing
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, or equivalent experience
