About Us

HarZa Group is a fast-growing operator of direct-to-consumer brands in health and wellness. Our flagship brand, Rejuvacare, serves more than 400,000 customers with products targeting chronic pain and mobility, including RejuvaKnee, FootRenew, RejuvaFlow and OzemPatch. We ship primarily to the United States and run a membership program that powers recurring revenue. The company has scaled 12x in a single year to nearly 150 people across more than 15 countries. We are remote-first, async-first, and hold a high standard of accountability across everything we do.

The Role

We are a DTC company where the speed of web production directly sets the speed of marketing. We regularly launch landing pages, advertorials, product pages, Shopify storefront experiences, checkouts and upsells, complete sales funnels, new page concepts, CRO tests and iterations of existing winners.

Historically the designer finished a design and handed it to a developer to build. We are redesigning that model. We are hiring a senior DTC UX/UI and CRO designer who owns the visual production process from beginning to end.

You will receive approved landing page copy, a structured page brief, direction for the graphics required, and the existing templates, components and brand assets. You will then turn that into a conversion-focused page design, produce the visual assets the page needs, use our AI-assisted production process to turn the approved design into the actual page, complete a full visual and responsive quality check, and hand the finished visual build to the technical QA owner.

Your responsibility does not end when the Figma file is complete. You own the page until the built version visually matches the approved design across desktop and mobile. You will not own final technical functionality such as tracking, integrations or checkout logic, which sits with technical QA. The division is simple: you own what the page looks like and how the visual experience behaves, and technical QA owns whether the page functions correctly.

This is a design role first, but it requires someone genuinely excited to use AI to remove the traditional separation between design and page production.

A Note on the Category

Our products address chronic pain and mobility. The benefit is not visually self-evident and cannot be demonstrated in a product photograph, so the page has to build belief through mechanism, proof, comparison and structure rather than through aesthetics alone. Designers coming from fashion, accessories or other visually self-evident categories often find that their approach does not transfer directly. Experience designing for health, wellness, supplements or another claims-sensitive category is strongly preferred.

Requirements

What You Will Own

Turning Copy Into a Conversion Experience

Translate approved copy into a clear and persuasive visual journey, determining hierarchy and deciding how sections, headlines, proof, offers, benefits and calls to action are presented. Use layout, contrast, spacing, typography and imagery to make long-form copy easy to consume. Design for the customer's level of awareness and for the traffic source sending them to the page, and maintain message continuity from the advertisement through to the offer. Identify where copy length, structure or messaging creates a design or experience problem and flag it to the copy or CRO owner before the page is built. Never change material copy or claims without approval from the appropriate owner.

Designing for DTC Conversion

Design pages that prioritize commercial outcomes rather than aesthetics alone, applying direct response and conversion principles. Present offers, pricing, guarantees, social proof and product mechanisms clearly, reduce confusion and unnecessary friction, and place calls to action at the right points throughout the page. Treat mobile as the primary experience rather than a smaller version of desktop, understand when visual simplicity beats additional design, and balance brand consistency against the requirements of performance marketing.

Producing Page-Specific Visual Assets

Turn rough graphic direction into polished, page-ready assets including product visuals, diagrams, comparisons, icons, badges and callouts. Use existing product photography, customer content, brand assets and creative libraries effectively, and use AI image generation and editing tools where they improve quality or speed. Maintain consistency in typography, image treatment, spacing and visual language, follow optimization guidelines so visual decisions do not create performance problems, and involve other creative resources only when specialist photography or advanced video is genuinely required.

Building the Page With AI

Use our approved AI-assisted workflow to turn designs into finished builds. Direct AI tools clearly with the correct design, copy, assets and page requirements, inspect the output rather than accepting it, and correct visual discrepancies, spacing issues, typography errors and responsive problems. Make minor HTML and CSS adjustments where needed to achieve visual accuracy, recognize when the AI process can complete the task and when specialist technical support is genuinely required, and escalate technical exceptions clearly instead of letting them block the page. Improve the prompts, instructions and documentation whenever a recurring production error appears.

You are not expected to become a software engineer. You are expected to become highly capable at directing, inspecting and correcting AI-generated page builds until the output accurately reflects your design.

Visual and Responsive Quality Control

Confirm that the built page matches the approved design, uses the correct copy and assets, has accurate typography, spacing and alignment, holds the intended hierarchy, displays correctly across required desktop and mobile sizes, uses appropriate image crops and resolutions, contains no overflow or broken layouts, and stays consistent across repeated components. Complete a side-by-side comparison between the approved design and the built page before handing it over. The standard is simple: the technical QA owner should never have to tell you that the page does not look like the design.

Templates, the Design System and New Concepts

Use existing templates and components when they are the fastest and most appropriate solution, adapt them to the offer, customer and message rather than producing generic copies, and identify successful sections that should become reusable components. Help build and maintain a reusable Figma design system, organize source files and versions so work can be found and reused, and document successful AI prompts and production patterns.

Alongside that, bring original design and UX ideas to our storefronts, landing pages and funnels. Develop alternative visual approaches that can be tested against existing controls, turn promising ideas into clear test hypotheses, explain what is changing and which customer behaviour it is intended to influence, and incorporate winning patterns into future work. New concepts must have a clear commercial rationale.

How Success Will Be Measured

In your first week you will learn our brands, customers, products and funnels, review our templates and components, learn the AI-assisted page-building workflow, audit our existing landing pages and storefronts, and complete your first designs and assisted builds inside the existing system.

By thirty days you should independently take standard landing pages from approved brief to completed visual build, consistently produce mobile and desktop designs that need minimal revision, build pages through our AI-enabled workflow without routine developer involvement, establish a repeatable visual QC process, and expand the template and component library.

By sixty days we expect standard pages to be designed and visually built without a developer, the large majority of pages to pass visual QC without another design revision round, design-related defects to be rare in technical QA and after launch, predictable delivery timelines for standard page requests, and landing page production no longer dependent on borrowing designers from the wider creative team. Your scorecard will cover cycle time from brief to design and from design to visual build, on-time delivery, first-pass design approval and first-pass visual QC rates, design defects found in technical QA and after launch, the share of pages built without developer involvement, template and component reuse, and the commercial performance of the CRO design tests you introduce.

What We Are Looking For

Strong professional experience in DTC ecommerce UX/UI, web design or conversion design, gained at a DTC brand, performance marketing company, CRO agency or high-volume ecommerce business. A portfolio containing landing pages, product pages, advertorials, funnels or ecommerce experiences, with evidence that you understand conversion and not only visual design.

Advanced Figma ability including components, variants, auto layout and responsive systems. A strong grasp of mobile-first design, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, colour, layout and information design. Experience translating long-form sales copy into compelling page experiences, and the ability to create polished page-specific graphics from a rough brief.

Experience using AI tools inside a real design or production workflow, comfort experimenting with AI-generated imagery and design-to-code systems, and experience with page builders, no-code tools, ecommerce platforms or design-to-code workflows. Enough HTML and CSS to inspect and correct visual output, and the ability to use browser inspection tools to diagnose basic visual issues.

Strong attention to detail and a high personal quality standard, the ability to work quickly without letting speed excuse poor work, the confidence to challenge an unclear brief or weak direction, the ability to explain the reasoning behind your design decisions, and a commercial mindset with real interest in page performance data. Experience with Shopify, Checkout Champ, direct response funnels, CRO testing platforms and performance marketing landing pages is highly advantageous. You must be able to overlap consistently with our collaboration window of 8:00am to 12:00pm EST.

What Your Portfolio Should Demonstrate

DTC or ecommerce landing pages across mobile and desktop, long-form sales pages or advertorials, strong offer presentation, effective use of social proof, clear product mechanism or benefit communication, visual storytelling, the ability to work within an existing brand, and the ability to introduce original concepts. We are looking for design created for commercial outcomes rather than for awards. Where possible, tell us the objective of the page, your specific contribution, the reasoning behind the design, whether it was tested, and what the result taught you.

This Role Is Not

This is not a traditional SaaS product design role, a mobile app UX role, a broad graphic design position supporting advertisements and every creative request in the company, a role that ends when the Figma file is handed over, a pure page-builder role with no responsibility for design quality, a software engineering role, or a technical QA role. It is not for someone who produces beautiful pages without understanding conversion, who follows templates without ever introducing new ideas, who needs a developer to correct every spacing or responsive issue, or who talks about AI but is reluctant to use it in daily production.

Benefits

What We Offer

A fully remote senior position with genuine ownership of a function that directly determines how fast the business can move. We offer paid time off, a monthly wellness stipend, medical insurance support, a company-funded computer allowance after a tenure milestone, a birthday gift card, an in-country meetup allowance, and participation in company-funded leadership offsites. You will have direct access to the founders, a high-volume testing environment, and the mandate to build the system rather than inherit someone else's process.
