Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to design user-centered solutions for complex Healthcare applications. 

  • Lead UX design activities from discovery through delivery.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
  • Create personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Design and maintain scalable design systems and UX standards.
  • Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive experiences.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Present design concepts, recommendations, and research findings.
  • Support solutioning, estimation, and continuous UX improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability best practices across products.
