Senior UX Designer

We bridge the gap between complex cloud data platforms—like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery—and the business users who need consistent, AI-ready analytics. We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end UX design processes, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, visual designers) to define design guidelines, UI patterns, and interaction standards.
• Drive continuous UX improvements by analyzing user feedback, presenting rationale to stakeholders, and mentoring junior design team members.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of professional UX design experience and a portfolio demonstrating successful end-to-end product design.
• You have expert-level proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
• You possess deep knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), accessibility standards, research techniques, and usability testing.
• You have strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring junior designers and collaborating across teams.
• You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours.
