Redline and format transactional documents, and convert documents to PDF using Microsoft Word.
Coordinate with registered-agent and due-diligence service providers.
Enter attorney time daily and provide general administrative support to your partner.
At least 5 years of experience as a legal assistant in a law firm's transactional commercial real estate practice.
Experience forming LLCs, assembling commercial closing binders, handling conflict checks, and opening new client matters.
Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including heavy redlining, document formatting, and PDF conversions.
Familiarity with AIA, AIR, and CAR forms is helpful.
A stable work history and interest in a long-term career as a legal assistant, rather than pursuing law school or an attorney role.
Ability to support a high-volume partner effectively.
Base salary: $95,000 to $110,000 annually. Employer visa sponsorship is not available.
Remote, with the primary location in San Diego, California.
