Join an established commercial real estate law firm as a dedicated legal assistant supporting a high-volume partner. You will help manage transactional matters from intake through closing and provide dependable, day-to-day administrative support.
Coordinate client matters throughout their lifecycle, including conflict checks, new matter intake, and closing binder assembly.
Form business entities, primarily LLCs and limited partnerships.
Redline and format transactional documents, prepare PDFs, and manage document revisions in Microsoft Word.
Coordinate with registered-agent and due diligence service providers.
Enter attorney time daily and provide administrative support to a busy partner.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a legal assistant in a law firm's transactional commercial real estate practice.
Strong experience with LLC formation, commercial closing binders, conflict checks, and new client matter intake.
Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including heavy redlining, formatting, and PDF conversion.
Familiarity with AIA, AIR, and CAR forms is a plus.
A paralegal certificate is a plus. This is a long-term career legal assistant role.
Base salary: $95,000 to $110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
