What You'll Do

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and solving real issues.

  • Guide customers through their buying journey, from first questions to final configurations

  • Respond to customers via phone, live chat, and email with clarity and professionalism

  • Recommend the right systems for gamers, creators, and professionals

  • Manage multiple active conversations while maintaining accuracy

  • Resolve support tickets quickly and clearly

  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve troubleshooting speed and response quality

  • Work closely with a team passionate about technology and customer excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Strong passion for technology, gaming, or high-performance PCs

  • Ability to multitask effectively across multiple communication channels

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong follow-through, accuracy, and attention to detail

  • Ability to resolve tickets quickly while maintaining customer satisfaction

  • Confidence using AI tools like ChatGPT to support customers

  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must reside within the United States


Bonus Points

  • 2–4 years of customer service or phone-based sales experience

  • Experience with CRMs or customer service platforms

  • Hands-on experience helping others build PCs or troubleshoot gaming setups
