  • Domain experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or other regulated industries

  • Ability to self-onboard rapidly onto new platforms, tools, and technical domains

This is your role

  • Act as the client-facing owner of the project, serving as the strategic link between the client, upper management, and engineering teams

  • Run all Scrum ceremonies, manage sprints and backlogs in Jira, and track core delivery metrics

  • Gather and refine requirements, write user stories, and challenge UX/UI designs (Figma) for feasibility, edge cases, and user flow alignment

  • Drive calls and technical discussions to actionable decisions, clear owners, and concrete target dates

  • Perform preliminary issue analysis (triage, reading logs, reproduction) before escalating to engineering, and conduct pre-QA functional validation

  • Collaborate with DevOps on project configuration/environments, Validation Managers on regulatory compliance, and Legal/AI Governance teams when required

  • Proactively eliminate blockers and dependencies, maintaining project documentation in Confluence and delivering evidence-based status reports
