About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation consultant with strong MarTech and AdTech expertise to partner with media agencies, marketing teams, business stakeholders, and IT to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end digital measurement and advertising solutions.

This role requires hands-on technical execution across Adobe Analytics, GTM, Google Analytics 360 (GA360), Ensighten, automated advertising platforms, CDP’s, AEP along with the ability to translate business and marketing requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-quality technical implementations.

In this role, you will:

·       Lead fullcycle implementation and enhancement of digital analytics solutions across web/app.

·       Design, deploy, and maintain tracking using Adobe Analytics (AppMeasurement, Web SDK), AEP/Edge Network, Customer Attributes, eVars/props/events, classifications, plus GTM and GA360.

·       Own data layer strategy and partner with developers to ensure accurate, scalable data capture; troubleshoot tracking gaps and data inconsistencies.

·       Manage Ensighten for tag management and governance; implement analytics tags, media pixels, GDPR/CCPA/CMP requirements.

·       Establish and enforce tagging standards, QA processes, release workflows, and platform compliance/security in collaboration with IT.

·       Support automated advertising and activation across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, and programmatic DSPs; ensure seamless data flow between analytics and ad platforms.

·       Enable audience creation, conversion tracking, and remarketing; validate attribution and campaign performance with media agencies.

·       Act as a technical liaison between marketing, media agencies, business teams, and engineering; translate business needs into technical tracking requirements.

·       Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution reviews; produce documentation and best practices.

·       Conduct regular audits; drive improvements in data quality, automation, scalability, and overall MarTech maturity.

·       Leverage experience with consent management platforms (OneTrust, TrustArc) and strong knowledge of digital media tracking, attribution models, automated/programmatic advertising, and mediateam collaboration.

The annual salary for this position is between $112.500 – $132.000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
