Senior Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of complex software solutions for the aviation domain.
• Mentor and guide a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Technical Architect or similar role, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and database design.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, especially for complex technical challenges.
