Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and leadership roles across multiple business lines while partnering with leadership to define candidate profiles. Develop scalable recruiting strategies, improve workflows, and strengthen the firm's employer brand to support long-term growth.

At Stable Rock, recruiting isn't viewed as a support function-it's a strategic driver of our growth.

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll have the opportunity to build and shape recruiting within one of the fastest-growing integrated professional services firms in the country. You'll partner directly with firm leadership to identify exceptional talent across accounting, finance, HR, technology, insurance, operations, regulatory, and advisory services while helping build the recruiting strategies, processes, and employer brand that will support our long-term growth.

If you're energized by finding exceptional people, building strong relationships with hiring leaders, and creating recruiting strategies that make a measurable business impact, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, leadership, and client-facing positions across multiple business lines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop thoughtful recruiting strategies.
  • Build proactive sourcing pipelines using a variety of recruiting techniques rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.
  • Screen, interview, assess, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Advise hiring leaders on market trends, compensation expectations, recruiting challenges, and talent availability.
  • Manage offer negotiations and partner with hiring managers to successfully close top candidates.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, workflows, and recruiting metrics to increase hiring effectiveness.
  • Help strengthen Stable Rock's employer brand through candidate engagement, networking, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to build scalable recruiting practices that support our continued growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • The ability to independently manage multiple searches while maintaining exceptional quality and candidate experience.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the creativity to identify talent beyond traditional job postings.
  • Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior business leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing searches.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar), and modern recruiting technologies.
  • A passion for identifying exceptional talent and helping organizations grow.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience recruiting in one of the following industries is preferred: professional services, accounting or advisory, financial services, consulting, investment management or private markets.

Why This Role:

  • Build something meaningful. Help shape the recruiting function within a rapidly growing professional services firm, with the opportunity to influence hiring strategy, processes, and employer branding.
  • Recruit across diverse, high-impact roles. Partner with leaders to hire exceptional talent across finance, accounting, tax, HR, technology, insurance, operations, and advisory services.
  • Be a strategic business partner. Work directly with firm leadership to solve hiring challenges, provide market insights, and influence talent decisions-not simply fill requisitions.
  • See the impact of your work. Every hire directly supports our ability to serve investment management firms, portfolio companies, founders, and growing businesses.
  • Enjoy autonomy and ownership. Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where your ideas are valued, your expertise is trusted, and you have the flexibility to make a lasting impact.
