Position

Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Senior Strategist (d/f/m).

As a Senior Strategist (d/f/m) at Jung von Matt NECKAR, you are a strategic all-rounder with a deep passion for brands, communication and culture. You bring at least five years of strategic experience and have successfully led complex clients. You think holistically and unconventionally, distilling complexity into clear, inspiring and actionable strategies.

You combine strong expertise across brand, communication and channel strategy with a profound understanding of digital and social media ecosystems. You know how to translate brand positioning into relevant communication that works across platforms, audiences and markets, ideally also in a B2B context.

As a senior sparring partner for clients and teams, you take ownership of strategic processes, proactively develop accounts and enjoy sharing knowledge and mentoring junior strategists. You enjoy sharing knowledge, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and presenting your ideas confidently in both German and English.

Your tasks:

• Brand positioning, architecture, development and long-term management
• Development of integrated communication, channel and ideally also social media strategies
• Strategic leadership and proactive further development of clients and accounts 
• Participation in new business processes (e.g. chemistry meetings, pitches)
• Conception and moderation of workshops and strategic sessions
• Guidance, evaluation and interpretation of market and user research
• Creating and delivering high-impact presentations (Keynote, PowerPoint) in German and English
• Supporting, mentoring and empowering junior talents within the strategy team

What you score with:

• Excellent strategic thinking with a strong passion for brands, narratives and cultural relevance
• Experience with complex brands, products or topics, potentially also in a public context and/or B2B affinity
• Deep understanding of trends, platforms and best practices, also in a Social Media and/or employer branding context
• Outstanding communication, presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and a passion for conveying strategies in an engaging way
• Creative mindset paired with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Team spirit, leadership qualities and a collaborative, hands-on attitude
