What You'll Do

You'll be trusted to lead audit engagements from planning through completion while serving as a key advisor to clients and mentor to less experienced staff.

You will:

• Lead audit fieldwork, write reports, and supervise engagement teams.
• Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Work directly with Managers and Partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Coach and mentor junior staff.
• Continue developing your technical and leadership skills

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's degree – even better)
• CPA license or active pursuit of licensure
• 2–5 years of public accounting experience, preferably audit, non-profit
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lead projects while managing multiple deadlines
• Passion for teamwork and exceptional client service
• Must live in California.
