About the Role As a Solutions Architect, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between Engineering, Sales, and external partners. You’ll help prospective and existing customers understand how Allora’s infrastructure fits into their architecture, guide integrations, and ensure successful technical adoption. This role is ideal for someone who loves whiteboarding architectures, solving ambiguous problems, and working directly with highly technical customers.

• Partner with Sales and Ecosystem teams during pre-sales to design technical solution's
• Drive the successful adoption of Alloras products in the capital markets industry by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including major financial institutions, and providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales and implementation process
• Lead and actively participate in gathering requirements, scoping projects, and designing innovative solutions that leverage Allora's products to address specific use cases and challenges within the capital markets industry
• Make a significant contribution to the successful delivery of at least three client projects/proofs of concept (POCs)
• Contribute significantly to the development of the Allora's capital markets product strategy by providing valuable insights, market feedback, and technical expertise, thereby influencing the direction and roadmap of the product suite
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, including developers and engineers, to provide feedback and guidance on product enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature development, ensuring that the capital markets requirements are effectively addressed
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the capital markets industry, including market trends, challenges, and emerging technologies, to effectively position and promote Upshot products

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting
• Technical pre/post-sales technology experience, demonstrating a track record of success.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in the Web3 space, showcasing a deep understanding of Web3 protocols, such as DeFi engagement, asset staking, DAO membership, and NFT trading
• Ability to read and comprehend code, such as Solidity, and navigate large-scale software development projects
• Hands-on experience with middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, and APIs.
• Proven experience in building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding to functional and technical elements of proposals independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for all audiences.

• Familiarity with federated learnings, prediction models, and decentralized compute.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and trading processes.
• Experience with public and permissionless blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.
• Experience with technical-led business development, ensuring the seamless and successful onboarding of new users.
• Expertise in DeFi trading strategies, including liquidity provision, yield farming, flash loans, or algorithmic trading on platforms like Uniswap, SushiSwap, Aave, or Compound.
