What makes this role exciting
We’re looking for senior engineers who know their craft, love clean code, and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by doing. The Senior Software Engineer works closely with peers, customers, and stakeholders globally, with minimal supervision, to deliver on customer requirements and support the smooth utilisation of the CloudPay platform worldwide. Experienced in software development and will utilise this experience in developing solutions that bring maximum business value to the end customer.

Main responsibilities

What You’ll Work With: We're using modern tech and proven patterns, including:

• Kotlin/Java

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Test-Driven Development (TDD) - we really care about tests

• Event Sourcing

• Event-Driven Architecture

• Vertical Slice Architecture

• Distributed Systems

Experience needed for this role

What We’re Looking For: You’re the kind of engineer who:

• Knows these technologies perfectly. It is important to be an expert in Event Sourcing and TDD.

• Takes initiative, owns your work, and brings ideas to the table

• Writes clean, testable code - TDD isn’t just a buzzword to you

• Can explain technical stuff to non-tech folks clearly

• Works well with others and cares about the team
