Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer is a temporary opportunity with our client supporting UX AI enablement. This remote, in-region role builds AI-assisted prototyping tools, improves alignment with the Design System, and helps product teams adopt these workflows. There is no application deadline for this role. *Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities:* * Build and maintain AI-assisted prototyping tools aligned with the Design System. * Lead and contribute to projects, including initiatives with evolving requirements. * Support peers through documentation, pull request reviews, Slack assistance, feature audits, office hours, and classes. * Identify technical debt and propose work that advances the team. *Senior Software Engineer Qualifications:* * Strong front-end development expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and React. * Experience creating and maintaining reusable front-end components across large product surfaces. * Experience building or integrating AI-powered or generative AI tools for developer workflows or design systems. * Experience writing evaluations to measure and improve AI-powered tool quality. * Preferred: Experience building tooling such as linters, validators, or component-usage and adoption metric collectors. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
