Proactively spot inefficiencies in systems or processes and implement solutions to improve how the team builds and maintains software.
Translate business goals and customer feedback into thoughtful technical implementation details.
Communicate proactively about status, risks, and blockers across teams and stakeholders.
Support and mentor fellow engineers through constructive feedback, pairing, and collaborative guidance.

Hands-on proficiency with React, PHP, Python, or modern programming frameworks, alongside experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with agile workflows, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools like Datadog.
Proven track record of independently delivering complex features and collaborating effectively across teams with a balance of technical quality and practical tradeoffs.
Demonstrated experience mentoring peers and fostering an inclusive, collaborative engineering culture.
Comfort working independently and asynchronously, while also prioritizing collaboration and connection with people.
Experience (or excitement for) working with AI.
Bonus: Familiarity with the promotional products industry, supply chain workflows, or e-commerce integrations.
