We are currently searching for a Senior ServiceNow Developer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Initialize local applications, transform metadata, and deploy scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., VS Code).
• Define application metadata in code using ServiceNow Fluent, server-side JavaScript modules, and third-party libraries.
• Execute incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, service catalog, and service level management (SLM) workflows.
• Develop custom scoped applications and build web-based tools utilizing Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Work extensively with REST APIs to coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
• Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
• Obtain, analyze, and interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow, answering complex "how-to" configuration questions for senior stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system design and operations documentation.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 8+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK).
• Deep understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server-side APIs, and client-side APIs.
• Strong knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework), reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, system clones, and upgrades.
• Exceptional problem-analysis skills, including the use of mathematical concepts to validate results.
• Strong analytical ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present significant amounts of information with high attention to detail.
• Clear and concise communication with superior written and verbal skills to articulate technical aspects to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision in a global team environment.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator (or similar generative AI developer tools) to optimize development efficiency, code generation, and workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of ITSM and CSM modules, Event Management, Integrations, and Orchestration.
• A fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery, and asset management.
• Strong knowledge and experience with debugging and troubleshooting mechanisms in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
