We are seeking a skilled SQL Database Administrator to manage and optimize our database systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring database integrity, security, and performance while supporting business operations and development teams.
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to work with our clients; understanding their business needs and translating them into technical solutions. In this role you will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will play a critical role in designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
- Design,
develop, test, and deploy custom applications and features on the
Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
(LWC), and Aura components
- Integrate
Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
solutions
- Translate
business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
- Perform code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and performant
code
- Troubleshoot
and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce environment
- Collaborate
with Product Managers and stakeholders to define project scope and
objectives
- Mentor
and guide junior developers, promoting technical excellence
- Stay
updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
- Contribute
to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven
expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and JavaScript
- Strong
experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Hands-on
experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies
- Solid
understanding of:
- Salesforce
data model
- Security
model
- Declarative
tools (Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules)
- Experience
working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC),
preferably in Agile environments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Knowledge
of SAFe Agile methodology
- Experience
working in global environments
