YOUR TASKS
Help define and execute the sales strategy in collaboration with Management
Hunt for new business, expand current business and develop the Philippines market intensively
Develop & maintain relationships at all levels with brands and media agencies
Collaborate with Account & Ops Manager and Creative team to respond to briefs
Accurate pipeline management and revenue accountability
Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets
Represent Wagawin in the advertising community by participating at industry events
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 5-8+ years of digital advertising/marketing sales experience
In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising space, including programmatic, display, video etc.
Experience in consultative selling and in engaging clients in long-term partnerships
Strong knowledge of how advertisers plan, buy, and measure advertising campaigns
Strong relationships with agencies and decision makers in the Philippines market
Independently driven, self-starter, with a “hunter” mentality
Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Analytical with proven ability to think strategically and creatively
Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines
Enjoys working in a team and is always ready to contribute fresh ideas
Willing to work as an Independent Contractor
