The Role

Drive immediate player engagement and revenue through strategic reactive CRM campaigns that turn data insights into compelling player experiences.

What you will be doing

• Own end-to-end reactive CRM campaign strategy, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with retention and revenue goals
• Create detailed campaign briefs for CRM Operations, covering segmentation, targeting, rewards, and success metrics
• Analyze campaign performance across key KPIs and design test-and-learn initiatives to continuously optimize results
• Partner with Product, Commercial, and VIP teams to coordinate campaigns around game launches, seasonal events, and business priorities
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities for player engagement and tactical improvements
• Mentor junior strategists and act as a subject matter expert, driving high standards across the reactive CRM team

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in CRM strategy, campaign management, or player engagement within gaming, iGaming, or digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization
• Excellent communication and briefing skills with ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledge of player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
• Commercial mindset with focus on driving measurable results and continuous improvement
