Senior Python Full-Stack Engineer

To thrive in this role, we're looking for candidates with 3+ years of commercial Software Engineering experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Python development, along with solid experience building modern web applications using React and Next.js. Experience working with AI-powered products or automation platforms will be a strong advantage. 

About the project : We are building a modern AI-driven platform for the Healthcare domain that aims to automate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including billing, payment posting, and other operational workflows traditionally performed manually. The platform combines traditional workflow automation with AI-powered agents that automate more complex business processes. A Proof of Concept has already been completed, and the project is now entering the active development phase. The first users will be internal teams responsible for billing and operational processes within our client's organization. This is a long-term product (at least one year) where you'll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, architecture, and the future direction of the platform from an early stage. 

Requirements:  

• 3+ years of commercial Software Engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Python development
• Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience building scalable Full-Stack applications
• Ability to work effectively with evolving requirements and limited documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to software development
• Experience collaborating closely with technical stakeholders and engineering leadership
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher 

Nice to Have 

• Experience building AI-powered products or automation platforms
• Familiarity with modern AI tools, LLM integrations, or agent-based systems
• Experience working in Healthcare projects
• Experience participating in architecture and technical design discussions 

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain Full-Stack features across the platform
• Build scalable backend services using Python
• Develop modern frontend applications with React and Next.js
• Collaborate closely with the Head of AI and other senior engineers
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Take ownership of features from design through production
• Work in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve alongside the product 

Tech Stack: Python, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS, TanStack Query (React Query)
Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), flexible schedule. No late meetings and overtime.
