The Opportunity

We are expanding our presence in mobile gaming, one of the most competitive and high-growth segments in app monetization.

We’re looking for a Senior Publisher Partnerships Manager to drive new publisher relationships, expand existing accounts, and help establish Nimbus as a leading monetization platform for gaming developers.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role with significant ownership and upside.

What You'll Do

 

  • Build and manage a pipeline of mobile gaming publishers

  • Lead outbound and relationship-driven sales efforts

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

  • Act as a trusted advisor to publishers on monetization strategy

  • Understand each partner’s goals and align Nimbus solutions accordingly

  • Build long-term, revenue-generating relationships

  • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Account Management to ensure successful onboarding

  • Help optimize early-stage performance and long-term growth

  • Help refine Nimbus’ go-to-market strategy in gaming
  • Provide feedback on product, positioning, and competitive dynamics

The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100K to $150K depending on experience, complemented by an aggressive, uncapped commission structure and annual performance-based bonuses. With earnings directly tied to revenue generation, there is significant upside for high performers.
