Job Purpose

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects end‑to‑end, ensuring high-quality delivery while balancing timelines, cost, and client expectations. You’ll drive continuous improvements, optimise processes, and maintain full ownership of project financials. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you’ll lead and support Localization Leads/Engineers, manage risks, handle escalations, and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout. This role suits someone who combines strong project management fundamentals with a proactive, solution-focused mindset and a drive to improve how things are done.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Use all your project management knowledge and skills and apply them in a creative way to maintain a high standard of project delivery and to improve its current set-up, whenever possible –Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage customer’s expectations by reaching reasonable agreements which are in line with requirements and feasibility
  • Deliver projects to client expectations and achieve the optimal profitability of the project(s) – balance the quality, timeliness and cost aspects of the project(s).
  • Closely monitor and control project financials through budgets, invoicing, and vendor selection/payment
  • Plan projects and implement best practices and processes
  • Directly lead a team of Localization Leads/Engineers and coordinate the work across other internal and external teams
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal team members
  • Host and lead conference calls with clients and team members as well as meeting them in person
  • Develop and prepare process documents where required
  • Conduct risk assessment, create mitigation plans and strategic planning of activities to minimize potential project issues
  • Handle escalations and root cause analysis and prepare corrective and preventive actions (RCA/CAPA), whenever applicable


Requirements

Skills & Experience 


        -   University degree in IT, business or management related fields or demonstratable commercial experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, leading internal teams and communicating with external enterprise customers
  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
  • PMI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Ability to improvise and solve problems
  • Proactivity and excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team spirit—you will be part of a team that helps each other
  • Great co-ordinational and organizational skills
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours
