Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects across the full lifecycle, utilizing Agile, Scrum, and traditional SDLC methodologies
• Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, resource plans, and status reports
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align project goals and timelines
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive sponsors

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of experience managing technology and business projects
• PMP Certification is required
• Extensive experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and full SDLC processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across teams and levels
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with enterprise environments or regulated industries
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
• Agile certifications or experience in organizational change projects

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• PMP certification is required
• Additional certifications in Agile or project management frameworks are a plus

• Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $166,000 annually or $95 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
