The role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives, including ERP, Business Intelligence (BI), data analytics, AI, and systems integration projects. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and enterprise technology projects.
• Manage Business Intelligence (BI), data analytics, AI, and systems integration initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource plans, and success metrics.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and scope changes.
• Lead projects involving enterprise integrations, APIs, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Provide regular project updates, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive process improvements that enhance delivery, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least four years leading ERP or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing technical projects involving Business Intelligence (BI), data analytics, enterprise integrations, APIs, or cloud-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects while partnering effectively with Product, Engineering, Data, and executive stakeholders.
• PMP is a plus
• Experience leading AI, machine learning, Business Intelligence, or enterprise analytics initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise integration projects involving APIs, middleware, ETL, or integration platforms.
• Experience with MS Project and collaboration tools such as OpenAir, SharePoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
