Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of complex projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to inspire a project team to achieve outstanding results. This is a full-time position with a flexible/remote working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and implementation of strategic projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Manage project teams, providing clear direction and motivation to ensure all members are performing effectively.
* Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
* Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered in line with company standards and industry best practices.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful project elements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience
* Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, with extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
* A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2); professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
