Required degree/certification/experience level:
8–12+ years of progressive project or program management experience with demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale/client‑facing initiatives. Proven experience with executive stakeholders and formal governance.
Desired certifications/experience level:
- PMP
- CSM
- Public sector project management experience implementing Accela, Clariti, Oracle, or Infor platforms
- Prior professional services, software delivery, or consulting experience strongly preferred
Required Skills:
- Experience utilizing MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation experience
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to travel to customer site

Planning & Scope Management
- Own end-to-end delivery strategy for complex projects and multi‑project programs
- Define and govern program‑level scope, success metrics, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
- Translate business objectives into executable delivery roadmaps and phased implementation plans
- Establish and enforce change governance across scope, cost, timeline, and staffing
- Balance tradeoffs between client priorities, risk exposure, and delivery capacity
Delivery Execution & Coordination
- Lead execution across multiple workstreams, vendors, and cross‑functional teams
- Chair delivery cadence forums including leadership readouts, risk reviews, and decision checkpoints
- Proactively manage critical path, interdependencies, and cross‑project impacts
- Resolve delivery constraints and escalation issues through structured decision-making
- Ensure alignment between delivery approach, contractual obligations, and client expectations
