SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and execution-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, distributed teams and consistently delivers projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

This role partners closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, finance, and leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
• Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets
• Drive cross-functional alignment among internal teams and external partners
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and organizational standards
• Manage change control, scope adjustments, and priority shifts effectively
• Track and report project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and metrics
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices
• Continuously improve project delivery processes and tools
• Support strategic planning and portfolio-level initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of project management experience, including leading large or complex projects
• Proven experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
