We are seeking a results-driven Senior Programmatic Advertising Manager to support the strategy and execution of programmatic and display advertising campaigns within our rapidly growing Retail Media practice. The ideal candidate brings 4–6+ years of hands-on programmatic advertising experience, including 2+ years within the retail media ecosystem, and is passionate about connecting full-funnel digital strategies to retail outcomes.
This individual will work cross-functionally to activate performance-focused campaigns across platforms such as Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and media networks including Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart, and Target. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on client success, sales performance, and digital media innovation.

Responsibilities
- Lead execution and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns on retail media platforms, including Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk.
- Support full-funnel retail strategies that align with other media and marketing tactics, achieving goals across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., search, shopper marketing, sales) to ensure campaign integration within retail marketplaces.
- Steward our Harvest Group values in delivering excellence to the brands we partner with across the business.
- Monitor campaign performance and leverage advanced retailer analytics tools like Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to synthesize insights and recommendations.
- Activate custom audiences and refine audience strategies using first-party and clean room data.
- Contribute to media plan development, pacing, and in-flight adjustments with a commerce-first mindset.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with retail platforms and vendor partners.
- Stay current on retail media trends, retailer-specific advertising opportunities, and evolving platform capabilities.
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, including 2+ years within retail media, with a focus on commerce-driven strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-to-keys experience with Amazon DSP or similar retail-focused DSPs (e.g., Walmart DSP, The Trade Desk).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, audience targeting, optimizations, and reporting within a retail media context.
- Exposure to advanced measurement tools or clean rooms (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud, TTD REDs) preferred.
- Working knowledge of how digital media directly impacts retailer-specific KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, and new-to-brand metrics.
- Familiarity with multiple retail media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing) is a strong plus.
- Skilled in Excel and reporting platforms like Looker Studio; comfortable synthesizing performance data into client-ready insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and present recommendations with clarity.
- A passion for retail media, shopper insights, and staying on top of platform innovations and commerce trends.
- Willingness to travel

The national hiring starting base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000/annually. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
