What you’ll own
Define and execute the product strategy for the B2B payments platform, focusing on API integration, security, scalability, and user experience.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and continuous improvement.
Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback efforts to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product requirements aligned with business objectives.
Design and manage scalable, developer-friendly APIs while improving integration speed, usability, and overall developer experience.
What you’ll bring
7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or API-driven products.
Strong understanding of B2B payment ecosystems, including card processing, ACH, virtual cards, and wire transfers.
Experience designing and managing APIs, including knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders with strong communication and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product metrics and make data-driven decisions.
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience working with B2B platforms, ERP integrations, or SaaS products.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in payments (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2).
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
