Your Role
As Senior Product Manager in the Remarketing team at FINN, you will own the full product lifecycle for our B2B used car business. You will shape how dealerships source used cars through FINN's marketplace, how large fleet owners sell their cars through our Remarketing-as-a-Service product, and how we make the defleeting and operations layer between them fast, automated, and scalable.

Your Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap: Drive product for the Dealer Product (B2B used car marketplace), Supplier Product (Remarketing-as-a-Service for large fleet owners), defleeting operations, and internal sales tooling. Balance the needs of supply-side partners and demand-side buyers.
- Develop and leverage a deep understanding of processes: Develop a thorough understanding of used car remarketing, defleeting, and B2B buyer and supplier needs through direct engagement with dealers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Use data to validate where we optimize.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work closely and foster alignment with Sales, Finance, Operations, and executive functions.
- Drive efficiency and automation: Identify opportunities to scale our dealer, and supplier product, while improving operations. Partner with Engineering to prioritize and deliver high-impact solutions that improve both partner experience and increase sales.
Your Profile
- Experience & Industry Knowledge: 3+ years in B2B product management (ideally marketplace/platform products), with a strong plus for a background in automotive, logistics, or fleet management.
- Work Style & Tooling: Analytical and AI-native working style, using data and naturally integrating AI into your workflow to drive decisions, increase leverage, and deliver high-quality results faster.
- Mindset & Execution: Entrepreneurial, growth, and lean mindset, comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end in a high-growth, fast-moving environment to build functional, beloved products.
- Communication & Languages: Strong communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders (from technical engineering partners to executives and external B2B clients); fluency in both English and German is required

€73,000 - €85,000 a year
The fixed gross salary for this position is between €85,000 and €94,000 per year. Additionally, you will benefit from virtual company shares (VSOP - Virtual Stock Option Plan).
Your individual placement within this range will be determined during the application process and is based on your experience, qualifications, and specific expertise. The stated range reflects our current planning at the time of publication; we reserve the right to make future adjustments in line with market developments.
