Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Merchant Services team within InPost's Consumer & Merchant Experiences domain. You will own a product end-to-end—from strategy and roadmap through to delivery and iteration, shaping the way merchants connect with and benefit from InPost's ecosystem.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You will define the product vision for your area, drive measurable outcomes, and work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience. If you are motivated by building at scale, obsessed with outcomes, and comfortable with ambiguity, this role is for you.

Your role:

  • Shape the product vision and long-term strategy for Merchant Services, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through delivery, optimisation, and end-of-life decisions.
  • Create and own a strategic product roadmap for cross-functional development teams, defining success metrics and holding yourself and the team accountable for measurable outcomes.
  • Lead teams to deliver business impact by launching and iteratively optimising products that improve user experience and generate scalable gains.
  • Partner deeply with stakeholders to understand their businesses and co-develop solutions that drive growth, improve marketing efficiency, and increase automation.
  • Build and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and internal partners to envision, build, and deliver products alongside your engineering counterpart.
  • Establish collaborative, trusting relationships with peers and manage senior stakeholders with support from your manager.
  • Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope, and priorities of business objectives, enabling the team to drive results and informed decision-making.
  • Apply AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, documentation, prioritisation, and delivery processes, whilst identifying opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into product features to enhance merchant and user experiences.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–3 years of experience building high-impact products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about scale, with a bias for outcomes and long-term value creation.
  • Deep understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate it into product decisions and metrics.
  • Ability to think and perform both tactically (delivery, unblocking, iteration) and strategically (vision, bets, roadmap).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work effectively within a dynamic, cross-functional setup.

AI & Technology Fluency

  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to product development, feature building, and user experience.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots, automation platforms) to improve delivery speed, research quality, or documentation.
  • Ability to work with technical teams to scope, build, and iterate on AI-enhanced product capabilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing and influencing a global team of stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Background in logistics, e-commerce, marketplace, or merchant-facing products.
  • Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and integration-heavy product environments.

Additional Information

  • Remote role across Poland.
  • Access to e-learning platforms- eTutorGoodHabitz, Data Camp, and more.
  • A wide range of benefits, including the MultiSport+ card, private healthcare, and group insurance, is available on the Worksmile platform.
  • External and internal growth opportunities - conferencestrainingsworkshops
  • Chances to broaden your skill set and acquire new competencies through daily work, challenging projects, and training activities.
  • B2B type of contract
